This is the first year for the First State Velo Sport Technology Park Circuit Race, held to support the Newark Bike Project. NPB will receive 25% of the proceeds from this event to support their mission.
A collection of new and used bikes, clothing, and parts will be held during the race to help stock their inventory and help you clean out your garage. The NPB will use these supplies to further their mission to provide affordable bicycles to members of the Newark Community that might not otherwise be able to afford or know how to maintain a bike. Volunteers from the NBP will be on site to accept your donations. The NBP Is a 501-C3 organization.

Course description: The course is a .73 mile loop through the Newark Technology Park. There are 6 corners of 90 or more degrees and several sweeping corners. The road surface is in good condition with very little grade change making this a big ring course, as you can see.
Registration fee includes USA Cycling Insurance. $10 dollar USA Cycling one day licenses available on site. $10 dollar fee for additional races. No Cat 5 in Masters races.

Directions from the north:From Interstate 95 South take the 273 exit west toward Newark. At Marrows Road take a left, (there is an 84 Lumber on the right and a WAWA on the far left corner) proceed on Marrows to the second light and turn right on Wyoming Avenue. The Technology Park will be on your left. Take the second entrance into the Technology Park to access the race venue parking lot.
Directions from the south: From Interstate 95 North take the Elkton Road/Rt 279 exit north towards Newark. At Route 4/896/Christiana Parkway take a right (Suburban Plaza is on the left). Follow route 4 through several traffic lights and turn left on Rt 72 (Rt 72 is just past the RR tracks). A WAWA is on the far left corner. Continue on RT 72 to the first traffic light after crossing over a RR bridge and turn right on Wyoming Avenue. Take the first right into the Delaware Technology Park to access the race venue parking lot.
