Hope you’re all safe and warm this cold, rainy morning. I’ll keep this e-mail short so you can get back to vacationing (for those of you lucky enough to be on vacation already) and daydreaming about vacationing (for those of you who must wait till tomorrow 🙂 )
Not much news from the bike shop from this past week – things have definitely slowed down a little but we’re always looking for new volunteers so let us know if you’re interested!
Check out the new UD bike repair stands, located around campus! Here’s a tutorial on how to use the stands, courtesy of NBP volunteers 🙂
Next 2 weeks at the shop:
PLEASE NOTE: WE WILL NOT BE HAVING OPEN SHOP OR COMMUNITY MEETING TONIGHT (WEDNESDAY, 11/27) OR SHOP MAINTENANCE THIS SATURDAY (11/30) 
Tuesday, 12/3: Open Shop from 6-9 PM. Come fix your bike with our knowledgeable mechanics! Donations welcome.
Wednesday, 12/4: Special Shop Hours 5-7 PM – Open for sales and donations, and limited DIY repairs. Volunteers welcome, no experience necessary!
Thursday, 12/5: Women and LGBT night from 7-9 PM – Come work on your bike in a WLGBT friendly space! *Last WLGBT night of the semester!*
Saturday, 12/7: Volunteer Orientation (12-1) and Shop Maintenance (12-4) – Interested in volunteering with NBP? Shop maintenance is the perfect opportunity – we’ll show you around, introduce you to our other dedicated volunteers, and get you plugged in immediately! Donations welcome. *After shop, we’ll supply some pizza and beverages for volunteers :)*
